Tavis Westbrook joined Keller Williams in April 2009 utilizing the unique opportunity to merge his independent Real Estate Company, Westbrook Brokerage Firm, LLC with the Dallas Preston Road Market Center. In addition to his decision to become part of the Keller Williams family, he was able to influence his remaining staff consisting of six other licensed agents as well his lead administrator to make the move with him. Westbrook Brokerage Firm, LLC quickly developed into a “Mega Team” and is now one of the top teams in the market center. Tavis strongly believes that customer service is key, and has a passion to help others get what they want by obtaining their short and long term objectives! He believes that by focusing on his client’s needs and ideas, he is able to establish a foundation in which to serve his clients for life!
Prior to selling Real Estate, Tavis found his way into the Telecom industry after High School working through various fields of engineering for MCI WorldCom. He discovered a passion for analyzing, problem solving and implementing step by step solutions. After 6 years, he soon realized that his entrepreneurial spirit was leading him in a new direction. Tavis turned to Real Estate in August 2004 and began as a full time agent for a small firm located in Anna, TX. He found that networking with lenders, targeting his sphere of influence and utilizing his troubleshooting skills to stay involved through every step of each transaction was most beneficial to his early success in Real Estate. In just 2 years, Tavis decided to obtain his Broker license and established Westbrook Brokerage Firm, LLC in September 2006. He soon took advantage of the opportunity to recruit new agents and grew his company to what it is today.
Tavis is married to his wife, Tabatha and is the proud father of two boys, Anthony and Landon. He has a huge family, being the 3rd out of 8 children along his wife Tabatha, who is the oldest of 7 girls and together have 22 nieces and nephews. His hobbies and interest include spending time with his family, boating, landscape design, traveling and learning how to play golf.
