"I recently purchased a home in Plano with the intent on flipping the property and then selling it for a profit. The renovations took longer than expected but were nothing compared to the time that I spent attempting to sell my house by owner. I purchased a sign at Home Depot and got a few calls and even scheduled several showings, but I did not get a single offer.
